 I love grey. Always have. And even though it isn't my best color I still wear it. Here are my tricks....1) Definitely mix another color with it like white or blue up close to your face. 2) Try a little self tanner. Grey always looks better with a tan. And 3) If nothing else do a grey skirt, pants, or even some great looking shoes.
But definitely get yourself some grey for winter. It's a great neutral that can be easily mixed with your browns, blacks and reds. Plus it's just a little more subtle than white when layering under your favorite tee or cardigan.

The Dream hoodie from J.Crew is super soft, warm, and perfectly stylish with the hood and front pouch pocket.
This Shetland Blazer from Banana Republic is lovely too. Great outerwear option for fall and layering piece for winter.
This Chunky Marled Cardigan from Boden will keep you cozy warm all winter long.
And these BCBGirls 'Jointa' Slingback Pump at Nordstrom are super stylish and fun.
But if a dress is more your thing, this Vneck dress from Nine West is super cute as well with tights and some platform pumps or tall boots.
And call me crazy, but this fun little Cars Graphic Sweater from Gap is great paired with jeans and sneakers for everyday running around kind of stuff. |
