 These dressed up flip flops are one of my favorite shoes for summer. Easier to wear than a wedge for everyday running around. These barely there leather thongs are the perfect go to shoe for when you want to look a bit more put together, but not all out dressed up. I have a pair from AT that I bought last year and I wear them everywhere with everything. From shorts & a tee to my pretty summer dresses and skirts. I love them.
J.Crew has a few great looking pairs. The metallic-leather or the leather capri sandals are definitively the most versatile. So are the knotted metallic-leather ones. And if your everyday look is a bit more dressed up, the jeweled leather capri sandals are just gorgeous. A bit more kick than the others, but still perfectly acceptable with everything from shorts to skirts to dresses.
Ann Taylor also has a few worth checking out. The Giselle thong is my favorite. The shale color blends in with your skin so they work with just about every outfit and the mother of pearl discs add just enough zip. Plus right now you can get them for 25% off. How cool is that.
These Pelle Moda Crystal thongs are also super stylish and a super good deal. I really like these Naughty Monkey Explosion thongs too. Both from Endless.com.
Nordstrom has quite a few to choose from as well including this Nida sandal from Athena Alexander.
And for even more kick, these bianca thongs from Anthropologie are just the ticket.

| To save some money look in the purse/belt/accesssories section of your local department store (Macy's, BonTon, etc.) and you will find a hanging display with adorable thong type sandals for a lot less than the shoe department! |
